My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The rooms were spacious and had a living room or seating area, giving a cozy feel. The staff was very well mannered and always ready to assist with any support needed. The location was ideal for quick meetings and lounging, although there were some construction activities around the hotel. The dining experience at The Cravings was superb, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel rooms were quite disappointing as they were not as luxurious as depicted online and didn't match the five-star standard, making them seem quite ordinary. Additionally, the spa readiness was lacking, and the pricing didn't reflect the room quality. On the bright side, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for quick meetings or relaxation. The dining experience had its highs and lows but offered a decent spread of food. Overall, the hotel provided basic amenities without any standout features.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the noise from the adjacent SPA and gym can be a downside. The service provided was on point, including thoughtful actions like taking our pictures with a sign for security. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The location is convenient for business travelers with a desk available for work, although it is slightly under construction. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
